Lawrence Archuleta

Master Silversmith

Lawrence Archuleta is a Native American who resides and is registered with the Taos Pueblo located near northern Taos, NM. He began working for Buffalo Dancer in 1989 and continues to be a dedicated master silversmith for Buffalo Dancer. Lawrence's capability to turn sterling silver, coins, and semi precious stones into marvelous pieces of Native American and Southwestern jewelry has truly helped Buffalo Dancer achieve greatness due to his attention to detail and quality. Owner, Duane Hopper, credits much of Buffalo Dancer's success to the talent and craftsmanship of Lawrence Archuleta.



Dylan Hopper
Silversmith & Leather Worker

Dylan Hopper, a registered member of Taos Pueblo located near northern Taos, NM, started with Buffalo Dancer at a young age, learning the in's and out's of his father's business. About 15yrs ago, now 34, he began working for the family business making and designing leather coin bracelets. The leather work crafted by Buffalo Dancer continued to expand with the creations of coin keychains, various types of belts, custom jobs, and more. Within the last couple of years his interest for silversmithing also grew, earning himself the title of silversmith, which also includes hand stamping various types of sterling silver and coin silver. Buffalo Dancer will be seeing many more original, one of a kind designs, of wearable art hand crafted by Dylan Hopper, along with the traditional production of jewelry Buffalo Dancer is known for.



Jorden Ricketson
Leather Worker

Jorden Ricketson, resident and registered member of Taos Pueblo located north of Taos, NM, is Buffalo Dancer's go to guy for all leather product productions. Beginning with the stripping down of leather hides to the finishing touches of concho belts, Jorden is an asset to the team that owner, Duane Hopper, has spent many years refining.
